Symbol of the free man.
The name given to themselves by the Imazighen. Also the letter Z of the Tifinagh language.

The Eye
Symbolises protection against the evil eye. The cross in the middle sends off evil in all 4 directions.

*the evil eye is known as a look that someone will give you that is believed to bring bad luck. This look could be directed your way because of dislike and envy.

The Scissors
This symbol, represents those who were known as metal workers. Metal workers were looked up to, as the material of metal was believed to keep away the evil eye.

The Seeds
This symbol is typically associated with fertility.
